Cities are constantly changing. It’s simply in the nature of things.
Especially if a place has faced such enormous political and cultural contradictions as the city of Berlin.
Reminiscing its restless past, in the end it was Berlin’s youth in the fading 1980’s that started to explore and revolutionize an intense town after the Fall of the Wall.
They created a fascinating city of opposites: restless, yet laid back. Hedonistic, yet cautious.
Now, yet then. Always become, never be.
